Hanging wire
| - One set of Ni-SS hanging wire is included (pic to the left). Max. working temperature is 800C.
- Optional hanging wire for higher working temperature is available upon request:
- Ni-Cr-Al wire (not included) Max. working temperature < 1100°C
- Platinium wire (not included) Max.working temperature > 1200°C and < 1600°C
- A thin hanging wire goes through the top flange. A positive inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere
- For air-sensitive material, the sample shall be sealed in a small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed as Pic below right
- 800C pulling wire (Ni-SS) sealed quartz tube as the crucible
